Toby Morgan has served the church in
varying positions, including staff positions,
evangelist, State YCE as well as State
Evangelism and Home Missions Director,
and as a senior pastor for twenty five
years. He completed his Master’s Degree at
the Pentecostal Seminary and is the
published author of numerous articles as
well as four books.

Diane Morgan has successfully served
throughout her ministry as a teacher,
Ladies Ministry leader, Worship Arts pastor
and counselor. Diane holds a Master’s
Degree in Agency/Educational Counseling
from the University of South Alabama.

In addition to being the successful pastor
of a local church, he plans and administers
a variety of ministries for young people
across the region including Youth Camp,
Teen Talent and YWEA (a missions project
by and for young people).
