TESTIMONIES

On July 25, 2009, the Los Lunas Church of God sponsored a special community day entitled, “Getting to Know You” in an effort to introduce the church to people in the local community. Serving hamburgers, hot dogs and other refreshments, the church enjoyed meeting more than 100 people and a significant worship service along with a visit by KKIM radio. Pastor Jim Montoya is dedicated to reaching the entire area for Christ.

On the same Saturday, the Bethel Church of God in El Paso sponsored a classic auto show that brought more than 200 people to their church location. Music, refreshments, great fellowship and more than 30 beautiful cars made the day an outstanding success. Pastor Jose Melendez is constantly trying new and unique methods to build the church.

On Friday evening, August 14, test were two new ministers successfully passed the examination to qualify for credentials with the Church of God and three more passed examinations for promotion in rank. PTL
